SPEAQ ID does not set tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. We do not embed pixels, fingerprinters, or session-replay tools. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

The marketing site (speaq.id)
This site sets no cookies at all. No analytics, no remarketing, no embeds from external platforms.
We do use browser localStorage to remember your theme (dark or light) and your language choice. This data never leaves your browser.
The developer portal (portal.speaq.id, when launched)
Once you log in to the developer portal, a single session cookie will be set. It is strictly necessary to remember that you are logged in. Per article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive this requires no consent.

If we ever add analytics
If we ever add server-side or product analytics, we will use a privacy-friendly self-hosted solution (such as Plausible or Matomo on our own infrastructure) and we will publish a cookie disclosure on this page before activating it. No third-party trackers will be added without explicit consent.
